I want to request the following information for my capstone project entitled, "Web Based Weather Monitoring Application and Response System for the provincial government of Bulacan."

1. The latest list of people residing at Bulacan.


I will build a machine learning application that can detect if is a person is residing at Bulacan on that year or not?
