I would like to request for the list of each projects not required to have Environmental Compliance Certificate in the Philippines during the time frame of 2015 to 2020. That is, with the corresponding nature of the project and the proponents/group of each project.

This will be used for a reportage to be published in the Philippine Collegian, the official student pub of UP Diliman.
