a) are currently under construction and their areas of operation
b) have already been approved and are waiting for construction and their areas of operation

Good morning! The information requested will be used to satisfy a personal curiosity about which railways will be constructed near Metro Manila and CALABARZON. Additionally, it will be used for a paper on the government's e-FOI service and the process of obtaining information.
