You requested information on: (1) List of 4P's beneficiaries of Dipaculao, Aurora; (2) Number of 4P's Beneficiaries in Brgy. South Poblacion, Dipaculao, Aurora.
Response to your request
The DSWD can give the information requested under (2). However, as to (1), the information you are requesting falls under the list of Exceptions to the Right of Access to Information enumerated in the Inventory of Exceptions to Right to Access to Information issued by the Office of the President (attached as ANNEX B to the FOI Manual of the DSWD). Specifically, it falls under:
a. Information of a personal nature where disclosure would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, personal information or records, including sensitive personal information, birth records, school records, or medical or health records;
Thus, we shall partially grant your request and we shall refer your request with respect to this matter to the proper DSWD office.
