Your request You asked for The Letter of President Arroyo to President Bush. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, upon further review of your request, the information you have requested falls under the Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order 2 series of 2016. Section 2 of the Exceptions to EO 2 s 2016 states: “Privileged information relating to national security, defense or international relations: a. information, record, or document that must be kept secret in the interest of national defense and security; b. Diplomatic negotiations and other information required to be kept secret in the conduct of foreign affairs; and c. Patent applications, the publication of which would prejudice national security and interests.” Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected].
