February 14, 2023 Dear Trinh Quang Viet, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 20, 2023 12:43:10 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You inquired for the procedures in the lifting of your name in the BI's BL. We advice filing of a Petition for lifting of Blacklist (BL), said Petition shall (i) state the Petitioners name, his/her known aliases, if any, and present address (ii) state the grounds for Lifting BL, with evidences; (iv) specify the reference no. of the derogatory Order; and (iv) show proof of payment of the fees prescribed. BI- Main Office is located at Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila with telephone nos. 527-3248, 310-4530, 310-4537. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to www.immigration.gov.ph Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
