Hi we would like to request seek clarification for government employees who served for the elections.

Legal Bases found:
COMELEC Resolution 13-0880
COMELEC Resolution 13-0741
COMELEC Resolution 13-1182

Non-teaching personnel are not entitled to receive "Service Credits", only "Leave Credits".
However, the contents of the resolutions are catered for DepEd.
We would like to request for other officer other than DepEd.
