Your request You asked for The frequency of parents sending messages/calls to parents in terms of monitoring. Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. It is the Philippines' National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) (formerly National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons or NCWDP) that may have the data you requested. NCDA is the national government agency mandated to formulate policies and coordinate the activities of all agencies, whether public or private, concerning disability issues and concerns.
