We would like to request the guides/manuals for the procedures and scenarios that PAGASA used for their flood and storm surge drills back in July 2015, as was mentioned in this article: http://dost.gov.ph/knowledge-resources/news/44-2015-news/766-dost-conducts-flood-storm-surge-drill-in-baseco-tondo.html, or if applicable, any other similar drills for flood and storm surge hazards that were deployed later or in other areas.
