Dear Department of Foreign Affairs: I am writing to inform you that the apostille verification website of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) is regularly down. The DFA should heighten the security measures of this apostille verification website because a regularly down website will definitely disadvantage many Filipinos who need their apostilled documents to be verified by foreign immigration authorities. I hope your honorable office will monitor this case properly and guarantee that this unfortunate event will never occur again in the future. Respectfully yours, Raymart Jay Canoy
