Hi, I am from Ateneo de Manila University and my thesis is on the correlation of traffic congestion with the number of lanes in a highway. May I request for fourty years of annual data on the following: 
1. The number of lanes of Major roads and highways in the Philippines
Examples of these are in the file attached.

2. Distance in Kilometers of said highways
