Good afternoon. I would like to inquire on the status of mortgage annotated under the Declaration of Real Property of Guillermo Lerias under the Tax Declaration No. R6882. The above-mentioned mortgage was entered with RURAL BANK of Calape however the said financial institution stop its operation since year 2011. This inquiry is for the purpose of clearing the records of the said Tax Declaration. As to the knowledge of the heirs of the late Guillermo Lerias, the encumbrances under the said title were already settled prior to the closing of the above-mentioned financial institution (RBCI).
