Good Day,
I am Jayvee Ann DC. Emberda, 5th year Architecture student at Bulacan State University. As I am taking my thesis year, I have considered the topic that will design a learning-rich environment to revitalize the reading and writing literacy of Out-of-School Youth in the Philippines.
With this, I humbly ask for information regarding:
1.) Cities in the Philippines with high number/rate of Out-of-School Youth.
2.) Cities in the Philippines with educational crisis with regards to its facility.
