Hi, I'm a student of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde taking up the course Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Computer Applications and I'm currently undergoing my thesis. We have to do Porter's Five forces in which we analyze the industry we have chosen. I was hoping to know how much the capital requirement is to enter the ICT industry in the Philippines.
