August 4, 2022 Dear Jowilma, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 02, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for a copy of a court decision granting the annulment of a marriage. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you are requesting since annulment cases are civil in nature and is handled by our courts which the DOJ has no jurisdiction over. The DOJ is under the Executive branch of government while courts are under the Judicial branch of government. Unfortunately, the FOI platform only covers agencies under the Executive branch of government so we cannot directly refer your request to the SC using this platform. To assist you, you may reach the SC at [email protected]. Thank you, FOI Receiving Officer
