Good Day! I am one of the researchers from Bicol University and I am a 3rd year Bachelor of Science in Meteorology Student. I am tasked to request Temperature and Precipitation data from January 1, 1981, to December 31, 2016. We will be using it in calculating the Percent of Normal Index, Standardized Precipitation Index, and in constructing the Thermo-Pluviometric Diagram.
