Specifically, you may access the report on national government expenditures from 1983-2022 thru the following: 1. 1983-2002 - Fiscal Statistics Handbook (https://www.dbm.gov.ph/index.php/dbcc-matters/dbcc-publication/fiscal-statistics-handbook) 2. 2003-2022 -Budget of Expenditures and Sources of Financing (Please refer to the attached screenshot for the menu/command in accessing the annual BESF. Meanwhile, the Bureau of the Treasury is in a better position to provide the requested information on debt burden/debt servicing as this falls within their functional jurisdiction.
