This refers to your letter of May 16, 2023 12:54:17 AM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Text scams reported monthly from April 2021 - April 2023.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. This office would like you to cite further the specific purpose of your academic study regarding text scam.
Moreover, the Consumer Welfare and Protection Division of this office could only provide you with the number of text scams received from April 2021-to April 2023.

I requested the information to study the effectiveness of the SIM Registration in reducing text scams.
For clarification, I would also like to ask if "the number of text scams received from April 2021-to April 2023" refers to a monthly number or a total number.
