Hi regarding the clarification "Further, please indicate all relevant information needed for your research."
I am establishing the background of the study for my thesis. I would need to know to know if how many students (segregated by gender) are not performing well resulting to dropping out. As per the promotion rate, This is to understand if past studies from 2010's still stands with the male students are lagging behind than female student in terms of performance.
My research is about gender studies wherein it aims to create gender sensitive design of classrooms and other tertiary education spaces. Hence if there is also statistic on reason for dropping out it would be very much appreciated.

Please be informed that based on your requested data, only the student population (e.g. enrollment and graduation) is currently available in this Office and that the data collection for AY 2022-2023 is still ongoing; thus, only AY 2021-2022 data is on file. Should you be amenable to receiving only aforesaid student population, please respond to this email so we can facilitate generation of said statistics.

I refer to my letter of Jan 10, 2023 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Tertiary education performance by gender.. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Apr 04, 2023.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office.
