Hi, I would like to request for a copy of the signed Terms of Reference executed between DPWH and Engr. Eric Dela Paz for the conduct of the parcellary survey of lots affected by the right of way acquisition for the Tagaytay By-Pass Road. I am an affected lot owner and I want to know the obligations of the contracted surveyor for the project.
