Hi! Would like to ask for a review or reevaluate the attached termination order of case under the presiding judge Eldred Dongallo Cole, I believe that the said order was placed without following the rules of court, thus the accused complied nothing and surprisingly a certain order would come up.
March 9, 2022 Dear Selwin Almar, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 04, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Termination Order Bukidnon RTC. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested because courts and judges are not under the jurisdiction of the DOJ. Courts and judges are overseen by the Supreme Court (SC) which is under the Judicial branch of government. On the other hand, the DOJ is under the Executive branch of government which has jurisdiction over prosecution offices nationwide for the prosecution of criminal cases. Thank you.
