HI, I would like to seek your advise regarding the above subject. We are transferring to another subdivision and unfortunately Streamtech is not providing services to the new location. We visited their office and inform them about our intent to terminate their service due to such circumstances. They have no objection on the termination, however they advise us that we need to pay Php 5,000 on top of our monthly bill for the early termination of our Contract to them. Can you please advise if this lawful and we are oblige to pay such amount? Thank you.
