April 10, 2018 Dear Lolita Pingol, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 02, 2018 03:16:48 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for TERMIANTION REPORT - STOTSENBERG. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. However, the reporting establishment is required to submit the Employment Termination Report (ETR) to the concerned DOLE Regional Office.
