April 11, 2022 Dear Mrytel, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 09, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Temporary visa. Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from BI website immigration.gov.ph or you may click the link https://immigration.gov.ph/images/Advisory/2022/04_Apr/2022Apr02_adv.pdf for Bureau's advisories on travel requirements. Further, your husband (Indonesian National) may be qualified to stay for 1 year (Balikbayan Admission) if you can present proof of being married (Marriage Certificate). Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, JAIME H. MORENTE, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila.
