We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from BI website immigration.gov.ph or you may click the link https://immigration.gov.ph/images/Advisory/2022/04_Apr/2022Apr02_adv.pdf for Bureau's advisories on travel requirements.

Further, your husband (Indonesian National) may be qualified to stay for 1 year (Balikbayan Admission) if you can present proof of being married (Marriage Certificate).
