Hi I would like to ask about the issue of the temporary national ID, Here in the PSA office at bacolod city I was not able to get my temporary national ID because the system has an error, I would like to ask when it can be fixed because I really need to get my ID

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. To further assist you, kindly send us your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/. Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
