Hi. Thank you for your response. May I know how the NTC does not have / could not acquire data on the provincial level, especially if all approval of transactions regarding telecommunications should go through the national level?
And may I know the concerned operating unit, office, and/or agency who could provide the requested data, and how to contact them? Hoping to hear from you soon. Thank you.
