I am a college student pursuing a degree in BSIT specialized in Service Management and Business Analytics. We are developing a project which is a churn analytics platform for telecommunication companies, intending to provide them with strategic decision-making towards effective customer retention. From this, we would like to request available data from a telco to provide us with sufficient information to come up with a good analysis. It will be used for research purposes only. This opens a good opportunity for the industry to improve customer management. Thank you very much!
