Hello! I am Vincent Topacio, a research assistant from the Manila Observatory. I would like to request the following data on the FDC Power Corp. and STEAG State Power Inc. coal-fired power plants in Villanueva, Misamis Oriental: Stack height Stack width/diameter Gas exit velocity Gas exit temperature Emission rate (for PM 2.5, SO2, NOx, and other emissions) We believe that this information should be available as part of the Continuous Emissions Monitoring System installed on site, and reported to DOE.
