Hi good day, ma'am/sir!
May I request from your good office for the Approved Technical Description, Lot Data Computation, and Approved Survey Plans of Lot 12190 situated in Burgos, Daraga, Albay, Bicol. I already researched from the Chief, Surveys and Mapping Division, DENR-Region V but according to them, they do not have any data on my requested lot. This request is for land survey and titling purposes. Hoping for your speedy response and assistance.

May I request from your good office for the Approved Technical Description, Lot Data Computation, and Approved Survey Plans of Lot 12190, Cad-56 situated in Barangay Burgos, Municipality of Daraga, Province of Albay, Bicol. Survey No. 56, Surveyed Nov. 1914- Apr. 1920 by Public Land Surveyor William Begg. Lot 12190 is missing in the lot descriptions data gathered from Chief, Surveys and Mapping Division, DENR-Region V. Please see the attached PDF file for your reference.
