Good afternoon. How can we be furnished a copy of the alpha list of taxpayers of Datu Siang NHS since we never had our ITR been stampe by the BIR in our city in Cotabato City as the BIR Officer was asking for the Alpha List extracted from bir online that our officer incharge in the school does not know about it or not familiar about. We never been given the said document since 2015 and our ITR was never been stamped. this is the reason why we can not avail housing/car loans in bank as the bank demands for the Stamped IITR form and the Alpha List as well. Hope this issue be addressed ASAP.
