Hi, 

I would like to request a shortlist and step by step process on how a real estate property can be forfeited, auctioned and sold by government to investors, due to unpaid Property Taxes and government liabilities disregarded by current real property owners. 

This is in line with acquiring lands for affordable housing for the poor, thru tax application on abandoned properties and non tax paying real estate owners.
