In this regard, we humbly ask your permission to allow our technical staff to conduct research work in your archives to further establish the historicity and architectural significance of the Tarlac Provincial Capitol Building. Response to Request As per your telephone conversation with my staff, we will have to close this request as you have already coordinated with the Bureau of Design - Architectural Section with regards to your concern. You may contact them at (02) 5304-3273 Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan.
