Good Day! On behalf of our group, I would like to request for a copy of the targets/plan of action, for the year 2019, 2020, and 2021, of the Municipal Agriculture Office of Municipality of Concepcion, Tarlac. I would like to ask also, if such documents are prohibited to issue? Since according to our inquiry with such office, the docuements that we are requesting can not be issued to us.
