You asked for a TABLE OF ORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD SECRETARIAT.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
Regarding your queries, currently, the AFAB Office of the Board Secretary only has two (2) personnel under its Plantilla. The Board Secretary IV (SG-22) and Minutes and Agenda Officer B (SG-11) which caters to any requirements of the AFAB Board of Directors.
As to the existing Committees, the AFAB Board of Directors under its wing has the Risk, Audit, and Governance Committees which conduct a meeting every month depending on the need of the Agency and the availability of the Directors.
