Good day I am an LBP employee and I would like to inquire if there is an approved equivalent of Pay Grade/Salary Grade (LBP) to Job Grade (CPCS) already? I want to see if there is a salary increase under the CPCS for those in Pay Grade 4 and 5. Thank you.
