Good day, I would like to follow up my application on TABANG/EASE OWWA PROGRAM. I submitted all the required documents last Feb. 24, 2021 at 4:22 pm. March 4, 2021 Dear Mr. Sonny Gallardo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 01, 2021 05:04:05 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-TABANG Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on February 24, 2021 and is on cue for a DOLE-TABANG evaluator from OWWA-NCR. If qualified, your documents shall be endorsed to the DOLE Regional Office -NCR for the release of benefits to your dependent studying or enrolled at the tertiary/college level. Follow up with DOLE Regional Office -NCR for schedue of release of benefits. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
