March 17, 2021 Dear Ms. RONA PEÑAMORA, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 16, 2021 02:04:55 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-TABANG Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on February 10, 2021 and is on cue for a DOLE-TABANG evaluator from OWWA-RWO 4A. If qualified, your documents shall be endorsed to the DOLE Regional Office IV-A for the release of benefits to your dependent studying or enrolled at the tertiary/college level. Follow-up with DOLE Regional Office IV-A . If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter.
