Hi. I would like to ask why I cannot apply for TABANG-EASE for OFWs. Every time I finish filling up and uploading the needed documents, when I click ‘Done’, there’s a pop-up message that says "Connection failed. Please try again". I tried several times on different days, the same pop up message shows. Can you please help me what to do? Thank you.

March 31, 2021 Dear Mr. ARNIL SALAZAR, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 28, 2021 10:28:39 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. NO RECORD. All application should be submitted online as part of the government's health protocol amidst the world-wide COVID-19 Pandemic. Based on the OWWA Verification System there is no record of your submission. Kindly check your internet connection and submit. OWWA cannot act on your application if we do not get an online application. You can always get free internet connection in most government offices and the local government. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected].
