Thank you for your request dated Sep 03, 2021 03:27:28 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of the results of your PCR/Swab Test. Mr. Amalul may we clarify to you the Freedom of Information (FOI) which is a project of the Presidential Communication Operation Office under the Office of the President. Its major function is to give the public with information about the data, programs, services and benefits of specific government offices. What you are requesting is a personal information about your PCR/Swab results. In the procedure for repatriation, you were provided an orientation by the Bureau of Quarantine and the OWWA upon arrival at the airport on the schedule and release of your test results as well as your designated hotel and transportation. Your PCR test results shall be forwarded at your mobile phone or email address which you placed and wrote in the COVID-Testing Form. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request. However, if you are still not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
