Greetings!
Thank you for your three (3) requests on the same concern on the same date Oct 31, 2020 at 11:25:59 AM, 11:29 AQM and 9:24 Am under the Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) Test Results.
We do apologize for the delays in the results of your Swab or PCR Test. DOLE and OWWA are coordinating closely with the Department of Health and other concerned accredited diagnostic laboratories to send out the PCR test results directly to your personal mobile phone or email addresses
Please do understand that the OFWs’ welfare is closest to the heart of OWWA and we are facilitating your soonest reunion with your families or your return to the jobsite.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
