Good day. I am checked-in / quarantined at Park Inn Hotel (Clark City Angeles Pampanga) since 19 Dec 2021. Today is my 3rd Day and expecting to be contacted by OWWA representative for SWAB TEST. I would like to get a contact number / mobile number of the OWWA representative that i can speak to. I have tried the numbers posted on OWWA Region 3 website but no one is picking up my calls. Hoping for your immidiate assistance on this matter. Thank you.

December 26, 2021 Dear Mr. ROLLY FERDINAND BASCO, Mapagpalang Pasko ! Thank you for your request dated Dec 21, 2021 01:38:09 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for results of the PCR-swab. Mr. Basco for your information it is the Bureau of Quarantine thru its accredited medical laboratories that schedules the swab tests of OFWs. They are guided by the protocol imposed by the national government. We requests your cooperation and reasonable understanding that ang Bayan nating Pilipinas ay pilit pong tumutugon sa mga libo-libong OFWs na bumabalik. Ang mga OWWA houseparent sa inyong hotel were assigned to provided the best assistance he/she is capable of, particularly in your accommodation and scheduling of your transportation to your provincial destination upon the availability of the swab tests. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac at email: [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within THIRTY (30) calendar days from the date we received your review request.
