The number of SLP beneficiaries specifically the spouse or household members of PDL during the COVID-19 pandemic Response to your request Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. It is the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) that may have the data that you require. Under Republic Act 6975, otherwise known as the “Department of the Interior and Local Government Act of 1990,” provides that the task of jail management and penology shall be the responsibility of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP). The BJMP exercises administrative and operational jurisdiction over all district, city and municipal jails and formulate policies and guidelines on humane safekeeping of inmates and ensure their compliance in all district, city and municipal jails. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the BJMP by submitting a request to them via this portal.
