Good day! I would like to request for the following information:
1) Complete information, guidelines, implementation and timetable of the Sustainable Livelihood Program for Region 3 and particularly San Miguel, Bulacan.
2) As part of Social Watch Philippines, OGP-Philippines and FOI Multi-sectoral Network, I learned that it is underutilized. Only 42% was utilized. Why is that?
I am a PWD, solo parent to 4 kids-2 of which has disabilities, social entrepreneur; and a PWD, mental health, ADHD/autism and VAWC advocate. I am helping our 'kababayan' to take advantage of that program. God bless!

By the way, the 42% utilization that I quoted was for the whole Philippines. As part of the Budget Serye series of Social Watch I want to be able to propose the right solution that is why I am asking for the reason why it's underutilized.
