It is almost a month since we request thru email the EC survivorship pension of my mother in law Elvira Chan to GSIS Laguna Branch and requested the check to be pick up at GSIS Pasay main branch. According to GSIS laguna waiting pa daw sila ng pupunta sa pasay branch para ma send ang check. Sobrang bagal. Ano po solution dito. Do we need po to pick up the check to GSIS Laguna. Mas malayo po kasi di na kaya mag travel ng mother ko due to osteoarthritis nya. Help po
