Hello DICT and FOI, I am Joseph Gerard Bersalona, a government employee (Project Development Officer II) under the Office of the City Vice Mayor, City of Malabon. I would like to request references and other documents that could be used as my background, justification, and program rationale for the ICT Modernization and Electronic Archiving/Tracking System Program of Malabon City (NCR). I would greatly appreciate if the data is focused on the legislative sector, otherwise any data that would support the implementation the program would be also appreciated. Thank you.
