Hi,
I would like to request any information/documents to show performance of support provided by Zuellig Pharma or Sanofi in relation to the Dengue Vaccination Program with respect to: 1. training/orientation of health workers and teachers on the Dengue Vaccination Program, 2. orientation for parents, caregivers and students participating in the program, 3. developing a Dengue Vaccination Registry, 4. conducting post-marketing surveillance, adverse effects following immunization (AEFI) response and related studies, 5. training on pharmacovigilance and Good Clinical Practice (CGC).

I refer to my letter of Mar 14, 2019 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Support provided by Zuellig/Sanofi in the Dengue Vaccination program. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jun 06, 2019.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
