Your Request You asked for Summary Status of FOI Requests to NGAs. Response to Request In response to your request, please be informed that your FOI Request is PARTIALLY SUCCESSFUL. For the summary of FOI request to NGAs, please be advised that the FOI Project Management Office (FOI-PMO) collects and consolidates data of all FOI requests received by the government agencies under the Executive branch through the standard paper-based as well as through the eFOI portal. To date, ninety-two percent (92%) or a total of 11,351 FOI requests were lodged to the National Government Agencies (NGAs) through the eFOI portal. Attached is the summary of the said requests and their status. On the other hand, the appropriate office who can provide for your request regarding the brief/executive summary of President Durterte’s guidance during the drafting of EO 2 is the Office of the President (or OP Proper). Unfortunately, they are not yet enrolled in the eFOI facility.
