Hi! I am a Juris Doctor student from the University of Cebu and is currently undertaking my thesis paper involving Complaints of Online shoppers and revisiting E-commerce Law and Consumer Rights Act of the Philippines to strengthen consumer protection online. In this connection, I would like to ask a summary information/list or records of the Department regarding the frequency and complaints filed by online consumers from years 2012 to 2017 . If possible I would like to ask records covering all the regions of the Philippines. Your immediate response will be highly appreciated. Thank you.
