> Subsidies of PPA under GAA for the years 2014 to 2018 (5 years).

Files of the same nature can be found in the DBM website, however, the documents particular to Philippine Ports Authority cant be found.

Kindly submit the following:  (1) duly accomplished and signed Access to Information Request Form (http://www.ppa.com.ph/sites/default/files/forms_downloadable/Revised%20Access%20to%20Information%20Request%20Form.pdf); (2) copy of government-issued ID; and (3) school indorsement stating that you are currently enrolled for the semester and the purpose of the request.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to us.
