Our Office deemed it proper to raise this matter to and confer with the operating unit concerned – the Member Services Sector Support Unit (MSSSU). Kindly be informed that pursuant to the Fund’s Procedure on Updating of Member’s Record, (Document No. HQP-PF-019), a member submits the duly accomplished Member’s Change of Information Form (MCIF) and supporting documents, if applicable, to any of the following: 1. Member Services Office (MSO) 2. Branch 3. Servicing Department/Loans Origination – Housing Business Center If the member cannot submit the MCIF personally, the authorized representative must submit/present the following documents for validation: 1. Authorization Letter duly signed by the member 2.
